*What’s up with “MY time”? It’s exactly that: your time to decide what you need or want to do with it. Note: Alison and Jennifer will also take an “MY time” each day, alternating when one of us is “on” and the other “off.”

**As with all meals during The Antidote, it’s your call when you’re hungry or not. While meals will be set out during the above times (to facilitate our keeping house, you can always grab something from the kitchen. Over the course of the retreat, we invite you to pay attention to your body and what you need now, and next).
